Another day...another problem...

Good news: the network's functiong properly!
Bad news: Our server's flaking out.

Stay tuned.... given past incidents, it should be up and functioning within an hour.

Things (should) be functioning soon.

Power has been restored to the datacenter, however currently our servers are still powered down until the administrators power them up manually.... it should take no more than 30 minutes.

Unless the site's still unavailable at that time, we consider it "back to normal" for now.

Sorry for the inconvience.

Another Power Outage!

We've been hit by another one, and this time a power generator caught fire! No estimated "back online" time as of yet, but given the past, it should be back up within an hour (5pm central time).

Everything's functioning once again

Everything's up and running already, actually it was a few minutes after our last update! But we wanted to make sure.

We still have a slight delay in e-mails, so to make sure there's no problems, we are postponing any e-mail responses for at least 12 hours -- mainly to let the servers work out any unknown problems that may have been caused by the power outage.

Good news... everything's working.... bad news, there's no power!

Yep... everything on our servers is working well, but there wasn't enough power to power the servers so they've shut off. Apparently the heat wave in California has caused the power company to lose power, thereby causing power fluctuations at our datacenter -- causing the datacenter to switch to power generators.... but causing minor problems all around making the site unavailable.

At least it's nothing bad, just an "act of god".... although it is annoying!

Don't worry, everything should be up and running ASAP -- or as soon as power returns!

Please note that any e-mails we receive won't be able to be replied to at this time, it's not that we don't want to, but there's no way for us to get messages out yet (power problem as well).

Website's back up, but we still can't send e-mails!

Don't worry, if you happen to have sent us a message, we do have it! (most likely at least), but we're currently unable to reply. It may take an extra 24 hours or so before you get a reply.

But the main site's up and running normally, so all other known problems have been taken care of.

Firewall problems...

Apparently a firewall has started blocking access to our site, our sister site, our database, and about everything else including our abilities to e-mail! However, we have no way currently to contact the provider to tell them it's down at this time, as they are working on fixing the problems on their end. After that's working again, we'll be able to contact them about the website being down.

Although chances are their known problem is our problem.
